Jen Foster

Jen Foster has spent the last several months in a Nashville recording studio working on her third album, Thirty-Nine. With co-producer, Greg Droman, Jen put together an all-star group of musicians to perform on the tracks, including Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow), Rami Jaffee (The Wallflowers), Sean Hurley (John Mayer), and Fred Eltringham (Dixie Chicks, The Wreckers). The new project embodies a blend of sounds which range from soft, lazy-day melodies to more raucous guitar-driven tracks. Some of these new songs have already garnered Jen national attention: the single “Closer to Nowhere” won first place in the International Songwriting Competition and the music video for the song reached #1 on the LOGO network. Additionally, Jen's original song, “Venice Beach”, qualified as a finalist in the 2008 John Lennon songwriting contest. Jen has also secured Film/TV placements, with songs placed in All My Children in addition to the American Pie movie sequel.
